Beattie Passive is delighted to announce its partnership with the Isle of Man based SNX Ltd who will be able to expand their interests within the Island’s Cleantech Energy Sector.

Measurement and improvement of building performance is at the core of the SNX workload, thereby making them the perfect association to deliver the high end performance of both the Beattie Passive Build System and the new retrofit TCosy™ system into the Isle of Man.

Ron Beattie, Managing Director of Beattie Passive commented:

‘SNX has wholeheartedly embraced our build system and will continue to be the driving force behind construction change on the Island. This will include new builds, bespoke and custom build developments, as well in the retrofit market using our TCosy system.’

The first Beattie Passive development is now nearing completion, an impressive 1700 square foot Manx vernacular private residence with stunning views overlooking the coast around Port St. Mary.  This development has been undertaken in association with locally based Complete Construction Services, which had sent their Site Managers to be trained at the Beattie Passive Training Academy and subsequently manufactured the build system on the Isle of Man, in-house under licence. All their staff are in accord that the Beattie Passive construction methodology is a permanent and positive step forward, away from traditional build methods.

SNX Managing Director, Steve Brown said:

‘By bringing Beattie Passive to the Island, we have formed the strongest of ethical alliances which will create new jobs, raise the bar on construction practices in the new build sector, and offer enormous improvement options to the existing building stock. We are very impressed with the commitment, professionalism and attention to detail from Ron Beattie and his colleagues at Beattie Passive and we intend to represent their interests well.’
